INNERBOND P100
Internal Anticorrosive Coating
Internal Anticorrosive Coating
INTERNAL COATING FOR PRODUCTION AND INJECTION WITH THERMOPLASTICS LINERS (PE, PP, PEEK, PVDF, PA12).
PSS applies internal liners in new or recovered tubing and land pipes in keeping with its quality assurance system under ISO 9001, NACE RP 0304, and others.
This kind of coating is done by inserting a tube of polyolefins into the internal surface of a tubing or pipeline.
Its high resistance to chemical attacks and its thickness prevent the wearing away caused by erosion, friction and/or corrosion in well production and injection pipes. Additionally, it has a low percentage of damage caused by hydrolysis, high level of adherence, low roughness, all of which contribute to reducing paraffin deposits.
Based on the needs of each client, PSS offers the application of state-of-the-art thermoplastics suitable for adverse environments.
The selection of the type of thermoplastic liner is based on:
The temperature of the fluids that will be transported.
The corrosive characteristics of the fluids to be transported (sulphydric / carbonic).
Permeabilidad a los gases disueltos.Permeability to dissolved gases.
Necessary mechanical resistance (Piercing, Impact, Abrasion and Traction) during mounting and dismounting of tubing.
It is widely used for the recovery of pipelines with high levels of corrosion or new pipes which must be protected against corrosive substances and high temperatures.
